We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. More countries are joining the list as our logistics network grows.

Free shipping, every order

Every NERVADIC order ships free. No minimums, no thresholds, no surprise fees at checkout.

When your order leaves us

We process orders within one to two business days. The moment your package leaves our warehouse, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link.

How long delivery takes

Average delivery is seven to twelve business days from the day your order ships.

US — 7 to 10 business days UK, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands — 8 to 12 business days Australia — 9 to 12 business days

These windows exclude weekends and local public holidays.

Tracking your order

Your tracking link starts working within 48 hours of dispatch. If it looks quiet for a day or two, that's normal — carrier updates always lag behind the package itself, and it's still moving.

If something looks off

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, or your delivery window has passed by more than 3 business days, email support@nervadic.com with your order number. We'll chase it down with the carrier within 24 hours.

Address mix-ups

If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll get in touch to confirm the correction and reship at no extra cost.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped within our covered countries arrive at your door with no additional duties, taxes, or customs fees. We handle that side on our end so there's no surprise invoice on delivery.
