How to start a return
Email returns@nervadic.com with your order number.
We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
Drop the package at any post office or accepted carrier location.
Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we begin the refund.
What qualifies
The device must be sent back within 90 days of original delivery.
Include the product, all accessories (charging cable, manual, carry pouch), and original packaging.
Used is completely fine. We expect you to actually try it.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping in the US, UK, France, Germany, Australia, and Canada. Customers in other regions are responsible for return shipping at their local carrier rate.
Refunds
Refunded to your original payment method.
Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
Bank statements typically update within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your device arrives damaged, dead-on-arrival, or stops working within the first 90 days through no fault of your own, email support@nervadic.com with a short photo or video. We'll ship a replacement at no cost - no need to return the broken one first.
